2 eggs
1 C. milk
3 C. stuffing mix
3# lean ground beef
1-1/3 C. applesauce
1/3 C. minced onion
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 10-oz. cans tomato soup
1 C. water

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg with milk. Add stuffing mix and let stand 5 minutes. Beat until smooth and fluffy. Add next 6 ingredients, mix lightly but thoroughly.
Shape into 48 balls about 1-3/4" in diameter.
Place meatballs in a shallow greased baking pan.
Combine soup and water and pour over meatballs.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Serve with rice or noodles, or mashed potatoes.
