1 cup uncooked rice
1 cup corn, drained
Sprinkle with salt and pepper
Pour over corn and rice:
1 can tomato sauce and 1/2 can water
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup green peppers, chopped
3/4 pound uncooked ground beef
Salt and pepper
Pour second can of tomato sauce and 1/4 cup water over top
Place bacon strips on top

Set oven to 350
Cover and bake for 1 hour
Uncover and bake for 30 minutes more
