5 lb. bag Yukon Gold Potatoes, peeled and quartered
Salt to taste
1 stick butter
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 large container chive sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes, drain when completely cooked and whip with mixer. Add butter, sour cream, and cheese, add salt to your taste.

I peel the potatoes the day before, cover them and let them soak overnight in water in the refrigerator.
