Ingredients:
5 c. cubed white bread ( I use precooked)
1 lb. turkey sausage
1 c. chopped onion
2 c. chopped celery
2 1/2 tsp. dried sage
2 tsp. dried rosemary
1 tsp. dried thyme
1 Golden Delicious apple, cored and chopped
1 small bag dried cranberries
3 cups chicken broth
8 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Transfer toasted bread cubes into a large bowl. In a large skillet, cook the sausage and onions over medium heat, stirring and breaking up the lumps until evenly browned. Add the celery, sage, rosemary, and thyme. Cook, stirring for about 2 minutes to blend flavors. Pour sausage mixture over bread in bowl. Mix in chopped apples and dried cranberries. Drizzle with chicken broth and melted butter. Spoon into casserole dish (I use a 3 quart deep dish) and bake 40 minutes covered, and 15 minutes uncovered or until done in center.

Personal Notes:
I make this the day before, cover it and refrigerate it. The next day let it sit out for at least 1 hour before cooking it.
