2 lb frozen hash browns slightly thawed
1/2 pint sour cream
1/2 cup margarine
Salt & pepper
1 medium onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. grated cheddar cheese

Directions:

In large bowl combine all ingredients-put a little butter & cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.

Rumor has it: I was probably cooking something similar to this, and Quincy was dancing around, pulling on my skirt. I was so aggravated; without thinking, I turned around and hit him on the head with a plate. The plate broke and he began to cry. I believe this is an exaggeration.
