1/2 lb Wild Alaskan Salmon Filet
Minced Garlic
Ground Black Pepper
Light Olive Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350. Using either a iron skillet or baking stone casserole dish coat the bottom with the light olive oil. Place the salmon filet (turning it once so the top is coated with olive oil) in the casserole dish. Coat the top of the whole filet with thin layer of minced garlic. Season with ground black pepper. Bake for about 15-20 minutes.

This is my favorite. To spice it up top with tomato/basil marinara sauce and green onions. With our family history everyone needs this for dinner at least once a week.
