2 Cans Cocktail Shrimp
1 small Purple Onion
2 Tomatoes - diced
1 bunch Green Onion
2 Ribs Celery
1 small bottle Green Olives
2-3 Jalapeno Peppers

Chop all of these ingredients into small pieces - set aside.

1 Cup Salad Oil
Juice of 4 Limes
Pinch of Red Pepper
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
salt and pepper
Garlic Salt to taste

Combine and marinate for twenty four hours. Drain before serving, reserve drained off dressing for salad dressing - with fresh greens....
