6 Ears Corn
6 Cloves Garlic
4 Basil Sprigs
1/2 t. Salt
2 Cups Milk
1 T. fresh Parsley
2 Red Onions - chopped
4 T. Butter
1/4 t. Cayenne Pepper
4 Cups Water
2 Med Ripe Tomatoes
1 T. Fresh Chives

Directions:
Directions:
Remove corn from ears and put in a pan. Add all other ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes. Can be pureed in blender --
