1/2 lb bacon 1 large diced onion 1 can 16 oz pork and beans 3 T. yellow mustard 5 T. brown sugar 4 T. ketchup
Preheat oven 325º. Fry bacon until crisp; crumble. In bacon drippings, saute onion until brown. Mix bacon, onion, and drippings with remaing ingredients. Pour into casserole dish and bake covered for 45-60 minutes.
