1 pound (or more) cooked cubed pork
1 cup frozen peas, thawed
2 eggs, scrambled
2 cups cooked rice
merinade:
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
Coriander (to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, add cooked pork, cooked rice, scrambled eggs and peas. Saute' in oil. Mix the marinade and add to mixutre. Heat on low for 5 minutes. Serve with crunchy chinese noodles.
