Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 Pound chicken breasts (use either chicken breasts 4 or 5 small or chicken tenders)
1 16 oz bag frozen pepper and onion strips thawed and drained
1 Jar Spaghetti Sauce ( I like a lot of sauce so I mix up different ones)
1 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese (I also use other cheese's on top of that... I love a lot of cheese)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken in a large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 3-5 min on each side. Add vegetables; cover and cook 5 min. Stir in the spaghetti sauce
Simmer on medium high heat until chicken is cooked through (165). (If you use the chicken tender instead of breast it will cook quicker.) Top with the cheese and let it melt some before serving.

Serve with a salad, Garlic cheese bread or serve on a bed of, thin spaghetti, angel hair or your favorite pasta.

A really good quick meal that tastes like you have spent a lot of time on it. ... enjoy!
