1/2 cup veg. oil
1 c. of butter (2 sticks)
3 c. of sugar
1 tsp. each of baking powder,vanilla,lemon extract
6 eggs
1 c. of sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar, oil and butter. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each egg. Add dry ingredients, sour cream and extracts. Mix well. Bake at 300-325 for 1 hr 15 minutes in large greased tube pan.

This recipe is Bek Bek's mom, "Bama" Marion Smith. Bek Bek surprised our family by baking this cake and delivering it to us on Christmas Eve.
