5 lb. cheap hamburger
2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
2 1/2 tsp coarse pepper
2 1/2 tsp. onion salt
2 1/2 tsp garlic salt
5 large tsp. quick curing salt
1 tsp. liquid smoke

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients-store in fridge for 3 days. Mix each day and return to fridge. On 4th day mix and form into 5 rolls-8 inches long. Spray broiler pan with pam and bake rolls in 150 oven for 8 hours.
Cool and wrap in foil for storing. May be frozen.

Uncle Frankie (son to Great-Grandma Trach) brother to Bessie (Trach) Stechmann, had to carry Great Grandma Leona much of the time to where she needed to go because her legs were so bad. Notice the swelling of her legs in the picture.
