One dozen eggs
Minced onions
Crumbled bacon
Cheese
Peppers
Chopped ham
Green onion
And whatever you can think of to put in omelet

Directions:
Put water in large pot and bring to a boil. Beat eggs with milk and salt and pepper. Have guests pick out ingredients for their own omelet. Put egg and ingredients in sandwich bag seal tightly put omelets into boiling water. Cook until egg is done, then slide out of baggie onto plate.
