1 onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. butter

1 bell pepper (green or red), chopped
1 pound Andouille Sausage, cooked and sliced
Penne Pasta
1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute' onion and garlic in olive oil and butter. Add pepper and cooked sausage. Heat on low. Meanwhile, boil water and cook pasta until tender. Add pasta and mix well. Add more butter if needed. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
