2 1/2 c.crushed vanilla wafers
1 c.crushed walnuts
1 c.powdered sugar
1/2 cube butter
3 tbsp.honey
1/2 tsp.nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c.150 Rum OR Captain Morgan Spiced Rum

* extra powdered sugar to roll rum balls in

Directions:
Directions:
Crush together:
2 1/2 c.vanilla wafers and 1 c.walnuts. Add 1 c. powdered sugar.
Melt together:
1/2 cube butter
3 tbsp. honey
Add to butter/honey mixture:
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Mix all ingredients together and add 1/2 c.150 Rum OR Captain Morgan's Spiced Rum.
Refrigerate 1-2 hours. Form into balls and roll in powdered sugar. Place in tightly sealed container and keep refrigerated.

Teri requested this recipe from mom. Mom and I usually make these in the winter around Christmas time. They taste very good, but you must be careful how many you eat because of the secret ingredient (HA!)
