1 lb. Velvetta cheese (cubed)
1/4 cup milk
1- 4oz can diced green chilies (mild)
1 jalapeņo pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In double boiler: heat Velvetta cheese, milk, green chilies (juice and all) over low heat. Stir until sauce is smooth. Add 2 or 3 slices of jalapeņo peppers (remove seeds).

Makes 2 1/2 cups. Serve with tortilla chips, corn chips or vegetables.
