2 cups sliced white mushrooms
2 tbsp light olive oil
3 tbsp REAL butter
1 tsp garlic salt
Black Pepper
2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Over medium/high heat melt butter in olive oil using an iron skillet. Add garlic, salt, and pepper. Saute mushrooms until tender. Add soy sauce right before serving. Enjoy.
