1 can cream of potato soup
1/2 cup water
1 cup frozen peas, thawed
2 cups leftover turkey (or chicken), diced
1 cup croutons (or stuffing mix)
3/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Combine soup, water, peas and turkey in a large nonstick skillet. Cook over medium heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add croutons, stir to combine. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover, reduce heat to low until cheese is melted.
