1 cake of cornbread
4 boiled eggs
1 c. celery (chopped)
1 c. onion (puree)
1/2 tsp. poultry season (or to taste)
Garlic salt (to taste)
Salt & Pepper
2 boxes chicken broth (heated) or Turkey drippings
4 slices white bread (broke up)

Directions: follow directions on back of cornbread mix. Crumble hot cornbread into large bowl, add celery and onion to hot cornbread. Then add the remaining ingredients. Taste and add what it needs. It usually takes several "tastes" to get just the right flavor. Bake 45 minutes at 400º.
