1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 c. chopped broccoli
1 c. thinly sliced or grated carrots
1 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. granulated chicken bouillon
*1 can cream of chicken soup
*1 c. milk
*1/4 c. grated Parmesan
2 c. cooked spiral pasta
2 c. cooked & cubed chicken

Directions:
In skillet over med. heat, cook broccoli and carrots in olive oil, stirring often, until tender. Add basil & garlic powder. Mix bouillon, soup, milk and cheese together; add to skillet. Stir in chicken and pasta. Heat through, stirring often.
*For low fat recipe, substitute fat free or low fat ingredients.
