1 bag fresh baby spinach (chopped)
10-12 fresh asparagus spears (cut into small pieces)
4-5 green onions (cut into small pieces)
2 tbsp light olive oil
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 cup Tomato and Basil Marinara Sauce
4 slices Pepper Jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Layer spinach, asparagus and green onion into a small casserole dish. Drizzle olive oil over mixture. Stir in minced garlic. Bake for about 10 - 15 minutes. Pour marinara sauce over the top. Cover the top of the sauce with the pepper jack cheese. Bake for an additional 10 minutes until hot and bubbly.
