3/4 C sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
2 eggs
1-15 oz can pumpkin
1 12 oz can evaporated milk
1 unbaked 9 in. deep dish pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger and cloves in a small bowl. Beat eggs in a large bowl. Stir in pumpkin and sugar and spice mixture together, add milk. Pour into unbaked shell. Bake at 425 for 15 min. then reduce heat to 350 for 40-50 min. or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean. cool and serve. Refrigerate leftovers. Serve with Cool Whip. This one is Suzy's favorite!
