1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 1/2 cups yellow squash, shredded
6 eggs, beaten 1/2 tsp. basil
1/3 cup bread crumbs 1/2 tsp. oregano
3 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and garlic until tender, then add squash. Saute 5 minutes.

Mix together the remaining ingredients (except parmesan). Add this to the squash mixture. Pour into a greased 9X13 pan. Sprinkle with parmesan.

Bake at 325 for 30 minutes. Cut into squares. Serve warm or cooled.
