8 oz cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 package frozen spinach (thaw and squeeze)
1 can artichoke hearts, chopped
2 Tbsp. tabasco sauce (or more!)

Directions:

Saute' onion. Add all other ingredients. Heat and mix well. Serve in crock pot to keep warm.
