2 pounds ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced

2 bell peppers (one red, one green)
2 cans condensed tomato soup
2 cups water (maybe more)
2 cups rice (uncooked)
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a large stockpot, brown beef with onions and garlic.
Add the remaining ingredients and bring mixture to a boil.
Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. If soup is too thick, add more water.

This "soup" tastes just like stuffed peppers without stuffing the peppers.
