2 pounds sausage, cooked and drained
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
salt and pepper to taste

4 cups chicken broth (or water)
6 cups potatoes, peeled and diced
1 cup carrots, shredded
2 cups frozen corn, thawed
1 cup peas

1 cup milk
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. oregano

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot, cook onions and garlic until soft. Add chicken broth and potatoes, bring to a boil. Lower the heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Add meat, carrots, corn, and peas.
Add milk and seasonings.
