4 large Baking potatoes
1/4 C. butter
1/4 C. warm milk
1/4 C. sour cream
2 green onions, finely chopped
6 slices bacon, fried and crumbled.
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Scrub potatoes, pierce and bake in 375 oven until soft squeeze. Slice in half. Scoop out potatoes and mash with butter, milk and sour cream to fluffy. Add bacon bits and onions. Stuff shells and sprinkle with cheese and return to oven for 12-15 minutes to warm. May be made ahead and refrigerated.
