1 Pkg. tyson chicken breast tenderloin
1 c. celery (Chopped fine)
1 c. seedless purple grapes (chopped fine)
1 c. slivered almonds (toasted and chopped)
Salt & pepper
Mayonnaise
Croisants

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken in salted water until it is falling apart.
Drain chicken and chop in small pieces or pull apart whichever is easier.

In large bowl combine chicken, celery, grapes, almonds, and salt & pepper. Stir in mayonnaise until well blended. Best when served on croisants.

Beware! Do not be deceived, this recipe is not as simple as it first appears. You will find yourself chop, chop, chopping! I first had this wonderful dish while visiting my grandmother-in-law (Maw Maw Harris). When I returned home I served it and claimed as my own.
