2 sticks of butter
6-8 sweet potatoes stick butter
T. of cinnamon
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 box frosted flakes
1c. coconuts
1c. chopped pecans
1/2 bag mini marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
cook sweet potatoes for 30-45 minutes
take skin off and put pulp in bowl with melted stick of butter, cinnamon, brown sugar, ginger mix well.

Topping:
mix frosted flakes, coconuts, pecans, melted butter
Put topping over potato mixture bake for 30 minutes.

Add 1/2 bag of marshmallows and heat for 5 more minutes.
