4 tomatoes, peeled and sliced
8-10 basil leaves, chopped
1/3 cup chopped green onion
1 9-inch frozen deep dish pie shell
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups grated mozzarella and cheddar cheese (combined)
1 cup of mayonaise

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Layer tomato slices, basil, and onion in pie shell. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix together grated cheese and mayo. Spread on top of tomatoes. Bake for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.

Layer tomato slices on paper towel on a sieve lightly salt to make juice come out of tomatoes so pie won't be too soggy
