1/2 cup butter 1 cup sugar 2 eggs, beaten 2 ripe bananas, mashed 2 cups flour 3 Tbsp. hot water 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional) :)
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Add remaining ingredients (except chocolate chips). Turn into greased loaf pan. Then sprinkle chocolate chips on the top. Bake about 1 hour at 350º. Cool on wire rack.
