1/2 C. self-rising flour
3/4 C. buttermilk
2 eggs
2 T. vegetable soup

Preheat Oven 350
Combine all ingredients and pour ito a greased shallow baking dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes.

If you have no buttermilk on hand, put one tablespoon of vinegar in measuring cup and then fill with milk to the one cup line. Let sit for 5 minutes
