12-16 oz fresh mushrooms
1/2 lb. breakfast sausage, cooked
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Wash, core and dry mushrooms. Mix cooked breakfast sausage, cheese and chopped mushroom cores together in bowl. Place mushrooms in a baking dish and stuff with the mixture. Bake 350 for 15 min.
