Ingredients:  
1 (16 oz) package uncooked spiral pasta
1/2 c. carrots thinly sliced
2 stalks celery chopped
1/2 c. green bell pepper chopped
2 lg tomatoes diced
1 cucumber peeled and thinly sliced
1/4 c. onion copped
2 (16oz) bottles Italian dressing
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
cook pasta to directions on package. Rinse under cold water and drain. In large bowl mix all ingredients, pour dressing over mixture and add Parmesan cheese. Chill and Serve.

Alternate: can add pepperoni and green or black olives.
