1C. margarine
1C. white sugar
1C. brown sugar
1C. corn oil
2 eggs
1tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cream of tarter
1 tsp. salt
3C. flour
1C. Rice Krispies
1C. quick oatmeal
1C. coconut
1/2C. chopped nuts (walnuts)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together margarine, sugars and oil. Add eggs and vanilla, beat well so oil won't separate. Add flour mixed with salt , soda and cream of tartar. Stir in cereals, coconut and nuts. Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten slightly. Bake on lower shelf at 350 for 5-6 min. Move pan to middle shelf and finish baking until lightly browned, another 5 min or so.

Sprinkle with red or green sugar at Christmas. Makes enough to give everyone a plateful.
