1 c. uncooked long grain rice
1 jar (12 oz) salsa
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. fresh or canned corn kernels
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. salt
fresh ground pepper to taste
1 1/4 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and cook in rice cooker, or cook rice per directions add ingredients and continue to cook until all are warm.
