1 Boston butt pork shoulder roast
2 tbsp. liquid smoke
enough garlic powder to fully cover the roast
1/4 c. course sea salt
Seasoning salt to fully cover the roast

Directions:
Directions:
Rub all of the liquid smoke thoroughly into the meat
completely dust the roast with garlic powder and rub into the meat
rub the salt into the meat
completely dust the roast with seasoning salt, rub into the meat
wrap the roast in tin foil
cook in cast iron Dutch oven at 200 for 10-12 hours
