4 oz blue cheese
4 tbsp. butter
11/2 lb hamburger
1 med onion
1 package bacon
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
mash cheese with butter and roll in plastic wrap. Freeze until firm.

cook bacon and break into small pieces.
dice onion and mix hamburger, onion, bacon, and salt and pepper. cut pieces of blue cheese mix and put in the middle of hamburger patty as you form. Cook until done.
