sauce:
1 cup water
5 roma tomatoes diced
2 stalks celery diced
1 med onion diced
6 oz. tomato paste
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic

meatballs:
1 lb hamburger
1/2 c. long grain rice
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients for sauce in a bowl, set aside.
stir all ingredients together with hamburger. Roll into 12 balls. Place individually in a greased casserole dish.
Pour sauce over balls.
cover with foil. cook 40-45 minutes 375

(can also use ground Turkey for an even healthier option)
