6 c. frozen hash browns
1/3 c. green onions, thinly sliced
1 c. frozen peas
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. paprika
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. milk
1/2 c. half and half

Directions:
Directions:
Put hash browns, onions, and peas in a slow cooker. Add salt, pepper paprika, cheese, milk and half and half. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
