2 c. flour 1/2 c. orange juice
1 c. sugar 2 Tbsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp. baking soda 2 Tbsp. hot water
1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 c. walnuts
1/2 tsp. salt 1 1/2 c. raw cranberries,
1 egg, beaten cut in half

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the beaten egg, orange juice, melted butter, and hot water. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Add chopped walnuts and raw cranberries, (which have been cut in half, or chopped). Bake in greased bread pan for one hour at 350. ONE PKG. of cranberries will make three loaves, so you may want to triple the recipe.
