1 lbs Sweet Butter
1 3/4 cup unbleached ground almonds
1 cup sugar
3 1/2 cups flour

powdered sugar and vanilla bean

Make dough night before to chill, then shape into crescents.

Bake at 350 6 minutes; while cookies are hot, roll in 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar and 1 vanilla bean grated.
