Boil the sweet potatoes,
Peel them while they are still warm, and cut in half
Roll in Brown Sugar.
Fry lightly in Butter.
Serve immediately.

For Thanksgiving, if you want to prepare sweet potatoes ahead of time, completely prepare and place them in corning ware, warm in microwave, or oven until meal time.
