5 to 6 medium sized potatoes
1 medium onion
2 stalks celery
2 carrots, peeled
2 cans cream of chicken soup
3 T butter
2 T flour
5 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Microwave potatoes for 4 to 5 minutes. Cool and peel and cut up. Chop onion, celery, and carrots. Use large Dutch oven pan. Melt butter, add flour, use wire whip and add milk and soup. Add all other ingredients and soup is read in less than hours.
