2 c. cut-up roast beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 c. left over roast beef gravy or use brown gravy mix
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. Lawry's salt
1 tsp. onion and garlic salt
4 c. Minute rice, prepare and set aside

Use electric skillet, put in 2 T. of butter or margarine, and fry onions and meat. Add gravy and other ingredients. Simmer 5 to 10 minutes and serve over rice - Delicious!
