For the brownies:
1 cup water
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. cocoa
1 stick butter
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
2 egg whites
1 tsp. soda
1 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 cup sour milk
*optional 1 tbsp. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix water, cocoa, vegetable oil, stick of butter and heat until melted. Mix together flour, salt and sugar. Beat in the egg whites, soda, walnuts and milk. You may add 1 tbsp. vinegar to sour the milk. Pour the heated water, cocoa,.vegetable oil and butter over this mixture. Pour mixture in a greased 11x14 inch jelly roll pan.
Bake in 375 over for 20 minutes.
