1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp maple flavoring
16-oz bag raw Spanish peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a large sauce pan and bring to boil. Add Spanish peanuts, stir to coat. Boil gentle until all liquid is absorbed. Spread peanuts in to a buttered 9 x 13 cake pan and sprinkle with salt. Bake at 325 for 30 min. (Do not stir). Cool and store in a jar.
