1-36 count pkg. frozen empanada wrappers, defrosted according to package directions
10 caramel candies, cut into four pieces each
1/3 c. all-purpose flour
3 c. peeled, chopped apples
2/3 c. caramel ice cream topping
2 tsp. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly grease 2 baking sheets. Combine caramel pieces and flour. Add apples, caramel topping, and lemon juice; mix well. Place one empanada wrapper for on lightly floured surface and spoon about 2 tbsp. of the apple mixture on the lower half; brush lightly with milk. Fold dough in half and crimp joined edges with fork. Repeat with remaining dough and filling. Brush each empanada with butter; sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
