6-9 potatoes
8 oz sour cream
1 bag cheddar cheese
bacon bits
2 sticks butter

Directions:
Directions:
peel, cut, boil, drain, and mash potatoes. Add sour cream and butter till potatoes are well mashed. Then mix in half bag of cheese and all of bacon. Place mix into 13 x 9 casserole dish and place remaining cheese on top. bake at 350 until cheese is melted.
